Shipping Area
The products can be delivered to the most of states in the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
We also offer international shipping. For some countries and regions, we may charge a remote fee, which depends on the carrier's standards.
Shipping Origin
For US orders, we ship from our US warehouse or our factory in China, depending on stock availability. Please refer to the information provided on the product page for details.
For international orders, we will ship directly from our factory in China. All costs collected during the transportation are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimate

For US orders, if shipped from a US warehouse, the shipping time will be 3-5 working days. For all other orders shipped from China, shipping time is 7-12 working days.

30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy
- You are eligible to return the item within 30 days of receipt.
- All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
- No restocking fee will be charged, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If there are quality issues with the product, Inkbird will bear the return shipping costs.
- We will issue the refund after receiving the package. Refunds will be credited back to the original account, and the processing time depends on the bank or service provider.
How to Return a Product
Step 1: Provide the following information via email at service@inkbird.com:
● Order number
● Item(s) to be returned
● Reason for the return
● Pictures or videos of products received
Step 2: We will send you the return address after confirmation.
Step 3: Please pack the item(s) in the original packaging in the parcel. Or repackage your item(s) but if you no longer have the packaging, please make sure that it is wrapped and packaged as securely as possible.
Step 4: Please send the items you wish to return within 5 days to the address we sent you.
Step 5: Upon receipt of the return and confirmation of its original condition, we will process your refund.
Step 6: You will be notified by email when we receive your return and also after the refund has been processed.
Please note that the actual time for the refund to be shown in your account of the same credit card used for placing the order will be depending on your card issuing bank. Please contact your bank directly for further details. Please note that return the product in the original packaging we provided and the product must be damage-free, as damage will void the refund.

Alarms for safer: INKBIRD IBBQ-4T supports alarms for the set high and low temperatures, once the detected temperature is reaching the set high/low temperature, its alarm will be triggered and notification will be sent to our mobile phone to alarm us, which is much safer and more efficient for application contexts.
Temperature records: INKBIRD IBBQ-4T offers temperature records and we can check the records by viewing its temperature graph, no worry of data lose any more.
Temperature calibration: INKBIRD IBBQ-4T supports temperature calibration for more accurate measurement and controlling based on our practical application contexts and will do more help for tasty food. Its calibration range is from -12F to 12F.
Magnetic design: INKBIRD IBBQ-4T adopts magnetic design on its back for more user friendly and we can place it to any metal surface based on our practical needs. Efficiency improved and more help for BBQ, smoking and/or grill.
