It's really versatile and really simple to use. I've also noticed its much quicker than the other vacuum sealers I've used before. And the suction is great, even when vacuum sealing moist meats and other things. Wish I would have bought it sooner rather than wasting my money on my previous ones.

FAQ
What is vacuum sealer, and how does it work?
A vacuum sealer is a device that removes air from bags or containers to keep food fresh. It works by removing the air from a bag or container and then sealing it with heated strips, which slows down spoilage and freezer burn.
What types of food can be vacuum sealed?
Most foods can be vacuum sealed, including meat products, fish, seafood, fruits, vegetables, dried fruits, nuts, baked goods, dairy products, coffee, tea, herbs, grains, beans, leftovers, etc. In addition to food, you can also use a vacuum machine to seal items that are prone to oxidation, such as cigars, jewelry, and important documents.
Can I vacuum seal liquids?
Yes. For liquids at room temperature, you can put them in jars and use the Canister mode of INKBIRD food saver to vacuum. But if you want to seal liquids in bags, make sure to freeze them first until they solidify. Vacuum sealing liquids directly in bags can lead to spills that might stain or damage the machine.
How long does vacuum sealed food last?
Vacuum-sealed food typically lasts up to 5 times longer than food stored the usual way. On average, you can expect vacuum-sealed foods to stay good for 2-3 years in the freezer, while in the refrigerator, their shelf life can be extended to 4-8 months. However, the actual duration depends a lot on the type of food, its initial freshness, and the storage conditions. For more details, see: How Long Does Vacuum Sealed Meat Last?
Should you double seal vacuum bags?
If vacuum-sealed items are frequently handled and transported, double-sealed bags can provide an extra barrier, reducing the risk of accidental tears and maintaining the vacuum intact.
How to clean my INKBIRD vacuum sealer after usage?
After using the vacuum sealer, wipe the seal and the drip tray with a slightly damp cloth. For models with a removable drip tray, take it out, rinse it with warm water, and put it back in place after is has dried.
