Excellent long thermostat probe

This works very well for a deep thermowell such as you’d find in a fermenter. The only issue is that it’s not a plug in to replace the short probe on the Inkbird. I had to open the Inkbird unit and solder in the adapter to the main board on the unit. The issue isn’t really with this probe and they provide the adapter with it. The problem is with the Inkbird.
