    If you don't already have it, which I'm not sure why you wouldn't with all the great Inkbird products available, download the Inkbird app, connect to the WiFi, add the sous vide circulator, and start cooking. I cooked a steak for the maiden voyage and it came out exactly how I like it. Dropped it into a hot skillet for a few seconds on each side and it was delicious.

    Inkbird immersion circulator feels and works a lot like a commercial grade product and is a pleasure to use. I believe that it cooks food as well as more expensive models.     I was replacing one of my non-WiFi sous vide machines to this WiFi one as I wanted greater control of my cooking while i am further away from the machine. This seemed to be a suitable replacement as it was the newest in Inkbird lineup. It's compact, and feels durable. I think it is compact enough for me to bring car camping.
