The probe of ITC-306T is IP67 waterproof, but the body and socket are not. When used in a humid environment, it is recommended to use a silicone tube/heat shrink tube to protect the connection between the probe and the cable.

No, the ITC-306T can only control heating devices with a maximum current load of 10A at 120~240V AC.
