Something went wrong.

Was cold crashing a beer and had set it to 36 degrees. It decided later that night that 36 degrees means 360 degrees. Melted the inside of my chest freezer, the airlock on the fermenter and destroyed the beer. The interior of the chest freezer was at 179 degrees while the beer hit 145. Not sure I can trust this one. Bought this is December of 23 and have 5-6 brews under it's belt. This was quite a surprise as the old Inkbird served me well for years.

Dumb A/c into a Smart

It works for running an 8Kbtu window A/C unit set to "low cool". This makes it so I can run a total of 3 units on a 4kw offgrid system without babysitting this unit or spending another $300 to replace it for a smart A/C. It's only fault is it will not connect to Google Home.
