30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

• You are eligible to return the item within 30 days of receipt.
• All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
• No restocking fee will be charged, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If there are quality issues with the product, Inkbird will bear the return shipping costs.
• We will issue the refund after receiving the package. Refunds will be credited back to the original account, and the processing time depends on the bank or service provider.

How to Return a Product

Step 1: Contact us via email with your return request.
Step 2: After receiving return authorization, please ship the package and contact us with the package tracking number.
Step 3: After receiving and inspecting the package, we will issue a refund within 3 working days.

Please note that return the product in the original packaging we provided and the product must be damage-free, as damage will void the refund.
