Here are the considerations when using the probes:
1. The stainless steel cable (silver wire) of the probe is not waterproof, please don’t wash directly with water or immerse in water, or it will affect the probe reading.
2. If the temperature is not correct, please dry it with a blow dryer to try again.
3. And please don’t put the probe and cable too close to the fire source or where the temperature exceeds 572 ° F/300°C, which may damage the probe wire.
