You can earn loyalty points when you sign up (100 pts), shop ($1 = 1 pt), subscribe to our email (300 pts) , visit our website (50 pts), celebrate a birthday (200 pts), or leave a review (100 pts).

Your points convert to discount codes—100 pts = $1 off. You can redeem for 5% off, 10% off, 15% off, or even a free product! Codes are valid for 180 days and only one can be used per order.

Unfortunately, no. You can only apply one loyalty discount code per order—it won't combine with other special offers.

Just log in to your INKBIRD account and head to the “Loyalty” section. Your total points, activity history, and available rewards will all be there.

If you return a product, the points you earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. If you used points on that order, those points will be refunded back to you.

Yes! You’ll still earn points on the amount you actually pay after discounts — and during certain promos, you might even earn bonus points or double points.
